Exercise Routine for Cellulite Busting

Three important steps we can all take to help us start our battle against the jiggles and the wiggles is a good aerobic program, healthy diet and plenty of hydration. These 3 things can assist your body in correcting the problem.

I found this great video of a cellulite work out program. It is actually 2 parts. So even if we can't afford all the treatments, we can still work on that stubborn cellulite. This girl is not in a fancy gym or uses any expensive equipment and she is able to accomplish a great jiggle busting work out. All you need is a chair, a pair of shorts and a comfortable shirt and some sneaks and you are ready to go!

NOTE: Make sure you check with your Doctor prior to starting any exercise program but once you have a clearance form the Dr. you can begin. Even if it is only 5 minutes at first you can follow along with the video and just take a break when you get tired.

If someone tells you that you can't get rid of it just know that it is not true. Something we did brought this one so if we just reverse the steps and give our bodies the tools it needs to heal, then we can get rid of this simple problem

I use Revitol cream and really had some great results so far. For me this is a great anti cellulite treatment.
