More Cellulite Bustering Herbs and Suppliments

OK I am on a quest here. I am going to find the answer for all of us. It may take me months to do and lots of ideas to try but this girl is going to have smooth legs once again!

I am hoping something I find will help you too. I don't know about your but I am so tired of standing there naked and seeing my legs look like they are molded out of lumpy clay. If my shorts get any longer they will just be pants.

Here are a few more things I discovered.

1.)Ginger. Ginger has long been known to have anti-inflammatory effects and antiseptic abilities. It can be found in soaps or topical scrub creams.

2.)Grape Seed. Grape seed helps to control the damage of collagen and also contains a type of antioxidant that helps to keep the skin healthy.

3.)Juniper Berries. Juniper berries, also known as the berry that comes from the mistletoe plant, work to increase circulation, which is essential to keeping the skin hydrated.

4.)Oat Beta Glucan. The Oat Beta Glucan has properties that to firm and tone the skin, making it look and feel smoother.

5.)Vitamin C. Vitamin C works in several different manners to combat cellulite. This vitamin helps to keep collagen and elastin production working appropriately. It is also acts as an anti-inflammatory and has anti-oxidant properties.

6.)Vitamin E. Vitamin E is not only an anti-oxidant, but is considered a fat-soluble anti-oxidant. This means it can work with the fat cells within the skin to keep damage from introducing into the skin cells.
