Dr. Oz Fat Burning Smoothie Recipe


If you are looking for a quick, healthy shake that also burns fat too, you are in for a sweet treat! Dr. Oz has come  up with a great recipe that is not only healthy but it will turn your body into a fat burning machine.  Plus it's super easy to make!
Ingredients

1 scoop whey protein
1000 mg of chitosan (please read information below)
1 cup water
4-5 ice cubes
1/2 banana
1 handful of frozen blueberries
1/2 pack milled flaxseed
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender and enjoy!

NOTE: Food allergy alert.  Chitosan is made from the exoskeleton of crustaceans (such as crabs and shrimp)   Please ask your Doctor if Chitosan is ok for you to take if you have shellfish allergies.
