A Great Detox Smoothie Recipe


Here is another great smoothie recipe to get that liver clean and cut down on inflammation at the same time.

 It's yummy and will have you on the road to losing weight in no time.

1 1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
1/4 lemon juiced
1 large handful of organic spinach leaves
*1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger

Put all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. It might look nasty, but it will be a yummy surprised.

*Ginger is most commonly used in baths to get your body to sweat which helps to flush out toxins. Sometimes people will experience flu-like symptoms after a ginger detox bath. These are a sign that the toxins are coming out of the body.
A ginger bath isn't the only way to detox with ginger. According to a study published in the "International Journal of Nutrition and Metabolism," regular consumption of ginger can be beneficial in counteracting the effects of toxins that harm cells and cause mutations or tumors.
