They contain Hoodia to help suppress appetites. Evidently when they are used in the wild they are sucked on and so by taking them in pill form doesn't work as good.
Anyway, so I googled it and it seems it is program you can join to sell or buy. I'm not going to list a site because it will give one person credit if anyone buys so it is best if you just find a source yourself if you are interested in trying them or maybe if you are looking for a part time job, you could sell them.
