Sun Spots? Age Spots? Here's Some Relief

Are you bothered by skin discolorations, sun spots, age spots, liver spots? Although I have no idea what the difference is, this recipe might help you lighten them.

This abrasive scrub is rich in alpha-hydroxy acids and vitamin C, gives a boost to our spirits while it sloughs away the tired dead skin from last year and even diminishes the appearance of age spots.

You won’t believe how easy this is: it only takes two common household ingredients, and the fragrance is so bright and zesty.

SIMPLE SOLUTION: Salt is one of the best antibacterial ingredients ever, and it is slightly abrasive. Lemon juice exfoliates as it cleans.

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup sea salt

Enough lemon juice to make a paste

Combine ingredients in a bowl. Dab gently on your face with fingertips or a cotton ball, then massage into your skin, being careful to avoid your eyes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
HELPFUL HINTS: If you have very delicate or sensitive skin, omit the salt and use the lemon juice diluted half and half with water. Pat gently onto skin, then rinse thoroughly.
