We are only a few short months away from bathing suit weather. So whether you are wanting to get rid of those love handles that you grew over the Winter or you haven't seen your abs in years, here is an exercise that you can do that only takes 90 seconds out of your day! Imagine that! We can get a trim tummy with only 1 1/2 minutes a day! Love it!

I had a trainer do those with me. We do a bit different though. These are done in many Pilates classes. We do 10 quick and then 4long sit-ups. Also, we make sure our elbow touches the floor. You will feel the burn. Cannot believe this guy said he made these up! I have been doing this technique for about 6 years!
