Anti Cellulite Smoothie Recipe




Eating watermelon is the perfect way to battle cellulite. It has a high water content to help flush the toxins out of our bodies and it also will keep us hydrated. Watermelon is also packed with lycopene which will help us banish that nasty cellulite that we all dread.
 
Here is the recipe:
 
Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
 
3/4 cups watermelon, sliced and rind removed
3/4 cup strawberries, cleaned and quartered
1 1/4 cups white grape juice
 
Prepare watermelon and strawberries and put it all in the blender. Add grape juice and blend until smooth. If it is too frothy, you can skim off the top and discard.
