Recipe:
 
1 scoop  whey protein
2 tbs chia seed
1/2 C almond milk
1/2 C blueberries
1/2 C mango (or apricot)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 C water
4 ice cubes
Blend until smooth
 
The other meals should include unlimited non-starchy veggies and 4 oz of protein and 1 serving of olive oil or nuts.
 
After 1 week you can gradually ad back starchy veggies.
