Recipe 1:
Drink this mixture first thing in the morning for 10 days continuously.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of warm water
2 tbsp of pure lemon juice
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of black-strap molasses
a dash of cayenne pepper
Recipe 2:
This is a good breakfast drink and probably the best liver cleansing tonic.
Ingredients:
1 carrot
1/2 beetroot
1 stick celery
1 cucumber
Also remember that a fresh squeezed lemon slice in your water bottle or water glass will also help clean your liver.
